Alex Syberia Designs’ Adorable Merry Christmice

Hello friends! I am sharing a few examples featuring the super darling Merry Christmice Stamp Set from Alex Syberia Designs' November Release. This is a large stamp set with the sweetest images and sentiments that can be cut out with the coordinating die set. This set is so whimsical and adorable!

  • For each tag, the Signature Tags Die Set was used to cut both black and white card stock.

  • The bottom of the black tag was cut with a detail border included with the tag die set. The top 2/3 of the tag was cut with Magic Stars Die.

  • The black tags were spattered with Dr. pH Martin's BleedProof White. When the these tags were dry, they were adhered to the white ones.

  • The mice, trees and sentiments were stamped with Black Memento Ink.

  • The images were COPIC coloured. For the trees, YG97, 93 and 91 were used. A little bit of shading was done on the mice with W1 and the 0 blender. R81 and RV0000 were used for their cheeks and ears.. the clothing on one pair of mice was done withR39, 37 and 32 and G46, 43 and 40 on the other pair.

  • The images and sentiments were die cut with Merry Christmice Die Set.

  • Black cotton string was tied into bow through the die cut hole and the sentiment adhered. The rest of the elements were arranged.

  • The tree and the ends of the string were decorated with matte silver half pearls.

  • A panel of Bristol Smooth card stock measuring 4 1/4" by 5 1/2" was masked with Post It Note Tape about 1/4 of the way from the bottom and ink blended with Distrss Oxide inks Picked Raspberry, Villainous Potion and Black Soot. Faded Jeans used lightly on the fore ground to create some shadowing for the trees.

  • The sentiment from Christmas Sentiments Stamp Set was stamped on the foreground.

  • The sky was die cut with the Magic Stars Die and spattered with Dr. pH Martin's BleedProof White. When dry, the panel was adhered to the white card base.

  • The tree from Merry Christmice Stamp Set was stamped three times on black card stock with Versamark ink and embossed in gold.

  • The black trees were die cut along with blue, green and yellow glitter card stock. The black trees were cut with the Tiny Dots Cover Die and then adhered to the glitter die cuts.

  • Two trees were adhered to either side of the panel and the centre tree was popped up with foam squares.

  • White card stock was cut with a die from Nested Scalloped Frames Die Set and stencilled with Frosty Lace Stencil. White texture paste was applied. When dry the panel was adhered to an A2 sized card base .

  • The images and sentiment were stamped with Memento ink and COPIC coloured. mice were shaded with W1 and the 0 blender. All of the elements were coloured with combinations of R85, 82, 20 and RV0000. Details were added with white and gold gel pens. They were cut with the coordinating dies.

  • Using a small scalloped die from the Nested Scalloped Frames Die Set four rectangles were cut from white card stock. Double sided tape was used to create vertical stripes and glitter was applied.

  • The die was also used to cut foam and the white frames were adhered to them and then mounted on the card front.

  • The elements were adhered to the foam backed rectangles either directly with liquid adhesive or popped up with foam squares.
