Hello friends! Altenew’s Regal Wreath is a gorgeous press plate set using the registration system. There are three separate plates and a template. The plates are positioned onto a registration template one at a time and each are letterpressed. This system allows for different colours to be used on the image! It makes for a quick and easy, yet beautiful, card!
For this card, the wreath was inked with Misty Harbor Fresh Dye Ink Cube .
The plates for the holly leaves and florals press the images on half of the wreath. They are positioned a second time on the registration template to press the images on the other side. To create a gradient on the leaves and flowers, two ink colours were applied to the plates.
The holly leaves were inked with a combination of Pool and Misty Lake and the flowers with Cotton Candy and Rhodolite.
The sentiment was inked with Rhodolite.
This card was embellished with Tranquility Enamel Dots.
The wreath was inked with Teal Tempest and Mystic Lake.
The holly leaves were inked with a combination of Pool and Mint Chocolate and the flowers with Coral Red and Cherry Sweet.
The sentiment was done up in Teal Tempest.
The panels for both cards were trimmed to 4” x 5 1/4” and it here to black matted, A2 sized card bases.
This card was embellished with Misty Harbour Enamel Dots .
