Hello everyone! I have yet another post featuring one of Spellbinders newly released 3D embossing folders. The background for this pair of cards has been created with Beveled Diamonds. The large size of the folders makes them perfect for making two A2 sized backgrounds in one go!
White card stock was embossed with Beveled Diamonds. The high points were rubbed lightly with Versamark ink and embossed in gold. The oversized panel was trimmed down to two card fronts sized 4" by 5 1/4". The card fronts were mounted on black matted, A2 card bases.
The butterflies were die cut and the wing inserts foiled with Matte Gold hot foil. After they were assembled, small white crystals were added to the dot detail on the wing inserts. The leafy branches from Typing Class were die cut from either matte gold, gold glitter or white glitter card stock. The flowers were cut from ivory card stock and the petals' edges embossed in gold.
The large YOU sentiment from Stitching For You was die cut from both pink card stock and foam and stacked. The secondary sentiments from Mini Everyday Sentiments were foiled in matte gold, cut in strips and mounted on foam.
After the die cuts were assembled on the cards, Pink and Teal Opalescent Color Essential Sequins were used to embellish the cards. The confetti was finished off with Nuvo Crystal Drops Morning Dew.
