Oh Bunny! ... Sweet Easter Gift Tags

Simon Says Stamp's Oh Bunny! stamp set with coordinating dies has been re-released! And no wonder! This set is my all time favourite for Easter and Spring card making and, I am guessing, that is a shared sentiment. The bunny images and the sentiments are precious ... there are just no other words to describe them. I have never used this set for tags and so ... why not?! A change is better than a rest!

The tags and flowers were die cut from Neenah Classic Crest 110lb card stock using Simon's Large Rounded Tag and Fresh Daisies. The eggs were die cut from Simon's coloured card stock in various colours and sheet foam ... linked under supplies … with the 2nd largest die in the Nested Eggs die set and embossed with the Blossom Field embossing folder. The raised embossing on the eggs were highlighted with either Distress Oxide inks or, for the darker ones, Hero Arts' Unicorn White ink. They were stacked on the foam die cuts and adhered to the tag.

The bunnies were stamped with Distress Oxide inks. Colours were chosen to coordinate with the eggs. Both the images and sheet foam were die cut and stacked. The sentiments were stamped on white card stock with Simon's Intense Black ink and cut with dies from the Sentiment Labels die set. The sentiments were adhered to foam and trimmed.

To finish assembling the tags, the daisies were adhered first followed by the bunnies and the sentiment. For the bunnies facing backwards, small pom poms were attached to the tails. To embellish the tags, colours were chosen to coordinate with each tag's colour theme from Studio Katia's Satin Rainbow Confetti. The confetti was finished off with Nuvo Crystal Drops Morning Dew. White netting, 6" width, was slip knotted through the hole on the tag. The netting was trimmed for height and embellished with Studio Katia's Silver Fever Confetti.
