Hello friends! It’s time for a new release by Simon Says Stamp’s; Rain Or Shine! Today’s tags and card features a beautiful new stamp set, Loving Thoughts. This large set has many floral and leafy images accompanied by heartwarming sentiments. Be sure to check out the FULL RELEASE! You will love it!
Two tags were cut with the Large Rounded Tag die for each tag.
One tag from each pair was ink blended with Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively Saturated Inks Petunia, Pansy and Aster and Nutmeg, Paprika and Allspice.
The images and sentiments were stamped with the darkest tone from each ink set. The tags were spattered with gold watercolour.
The tag was adhered to the plain tag to make it sturdier.
Rayon ribbon was sprayed with Distress Stain Rusty Hinge/Distress Stain Wilted Violet, crinkled up and left to dry. The ribbon was doubled and looped through the tag hole.
Leafy die cuts from the Tattered Leaves die were adhered to a panel measuring 4 1/4” by 5 1/2 “. This panel was then mounted to an A2 sized card base.
White cart stock, and sheet foam where die cut with an arch from the Nested Domed Arches die set.
Like the tag, the arch was ink blended with Nutmeg, Paprika and Allspice and the images stamped with the darkest tone. The arch was thin at adhered to the foam die cut, and then onto the card base.
Both the cards and the tags were embellished with glitter discs finished off with Nuvo Crystal Drops Morning Dew.
Nuvo Crystal Drops Simply White were added to the leafy background.
