Hello friends! Spellbinder's BetterPress Plate of the Month, Christmas Haul, is super darling! If you need to make lots of Christmas cards, letterpressed cards are quick and easy. This set comes with a registration guide to ink the car and tires in different colours. The tree and two sentiments have a coordinating dies and there are two dies to cut a number of snowy drift. This press plate set is sweet!
The July registration window for this club will be available July 6 for current Club Members. New registrations are accepted on the 10th of July. Registrations can be completed until July 27th or while supplies last.
A Porcelain BetterPress A2 Cotton Card Panel was masked to create a horizon with Post It Note Tape. The sky was ink blended with Distress Oxide Inks Tumbled Glass and Faded Jeans. knowing I would be letterpressing the truck over the inked sky, the light blue ink was applied to this area
The registration template included in the BetterPress Plate of the Month was used to line up the body of the truck and it was inked with Strawberry from the BetterPress Ink Jet Set Tones.
After removing the car, the tires were lines up on the template and inked with Thunder from the Flower Garden Tones Set.
The sign inked in Strawberry and the tree done up in Cosmic Sky from Regal Tones were letterpressed on another panel and cut with the coordinating dies.
The panel and tree were spattered with Spatter White Opague Water Color.
The panel and foam were cut with a die from the Arch Labels & Tag. They were stacked and adhered to an A2 sized card base of Indigo Card Stock.
The tree was adhered to the truck following the thick white detail line.
The tree branch die from the Large Die Of the Month was cut from Kraft card stock and foam and stacked. The bow, also from this set was cut from white card stock.
The sentiment was mounted on a foam die cut with the tails of the bow sandwiched between the two.
