Hello friends! Spellbinder’s new collection, From The Meadow, is gorgeous! My card features the beautiful Chinese Meadow Rue die set on a background created with the Wildly Beautiful 3D Embossing Folder.

A panel of cardstock was in with Pawsitively Saturated Inks Sprout, Fairway and Field.
The panel was embossed with Wildly Beautiful 3D EmbossingFolder and spattered with gold from the Yasutomo Water Colour Mixing Set. The darkest green ink pad was rubbed over the high points of the embossing and the panel was adhered to an A2 sized, black card base.
A border was created with the Eyelet Scallop Border die set. The detail die was used to cut gold foil, cardstock, and black cardstock and black foam were cut with the edging die.The border was adhered to the left-hand side of the card front.

Several flowers and leaves were cut from the Chinese Meadow Rue die set. The petal die cut were coloured with a combination of Petunia and Pansy focussing the darker tones towards the petal centre. Lemonade was added to the Bastogne stamens. The leaves and stems were inked with Sprout and Fairway. Pansy was added to the green stems.
The floral was adhered on the border. The flowers overhanging it were stabilized with small foam squares. Additional foam squares were placed under the tips of the leaves to prop them up.
The sentiment from French Sentiments BetterPress Plates & Die Set was pressed with black ink on cardstock that had been ink blended with the same green inks used for the background. The coordinating flag die was used to cut both the sentiment and black sheet foam. The sentiment was stacked and adhered to the card front.
