Hello everyone! I have a couple of cards featuring a new Flea Market Finds Collection by Spellbinders. Today's cards are all about patterned paper using Petite Patterns and a sweet die set, Mini Envelope 2.
A2 SIZED CARD
A sheet from Petite Patterns 6"X9" Paper Pad was foiled in opague white using Glimmer Essential Solid Heart.
To ensure the heart was positioned correctly, the paper was then trimmed to 4" by 5 1/4" and adhered to an A2 sized, top folding card base.
Mini Envelope 2 die set comes with two different sizes of envelopes and accessory dies including a stamp, notepaper and seals. Again using the Petite Patterns 6"X9" Paper Pad, two of the same envelope was cut out each from different patterned paper.
Because the envelope will be interactive, on of the di cuts will become a liner. The bottom and side flaps were trimmed off so it would lie flat inside the envelope.
After the liner was in place, the envelope was folded and the two side flaps adhered to the bottom one.
A small adhesive Velcro dot was attached to the inside of the top flap.
Using the coordinating notepaper die for this envelope, blue card stock was cut and stamped with a sentiment from Diamond & Arch Motifs and embellished with a heart die cut.
The main sentiment from Birthday Unboxing Glimmer was foiled in opague white on the same paper used for the background. The coordinating die was used to cut both the sentiment and white foam and they were stacked.
After the envelope and sentiment were adhered to the card, a foam backed heart was attached to the envelope and the card was embellished with red half pearls.
SLIMLINE CARD
Paper from Petite Patterns 6"X9" Paper Pad was trimmed to 8 1/2" by 3 1/2".
Although Compliments of the Season from another Flea Market Collection is Christmas themed, there are a few stamps that are generic that were used to create three collage groupings on the panel. The images were stamped in grey.
The panel was adhered to a slightly larger burnt orange card stock panel and then mounted on.a black card base measuring 8 3/4" by 3 3/4".
Four envelopes were assembled using different patterned paper from the Petite Patterns 6"X9" Paper Pad. Both styles of envelopes in the Mini Envelope 2 were used.
A die cut stamp was adhered to the envelopes that would be adhered to the card front facing. One of the envelopes was stamped in black with Happy Birthday from Diamond & Arch Motifs.
The two envelopes that would be back facing were finished off with seal die cuts.
The envelopes were adhered to the card. The envelope that overlaps the centre one was foam mounted.
A sentiment from Diamond & Arch Motifs was stamped on the orange card stock. The coordinating die was used to cut both the sentiment and black foam and they were stacked.
After the sentiment was adhered to the card, it was embellished with red gold pearls.
