Hello friends! Spellbinders’ Stencil of the Month, Baubles & Festive Background, is made up of beautiful layering stencil sets … yes, sets! Two very different backgrounds can be created! One background is stencilled with two of the stencils and the other one with the remaining three stencils. Both cardsincorporate the sweet critters from the Small Die of the Month.
The registration window for this club will be available October 6 for current Club Members. New registrations are accepted on the 10th of October. Registrations can be completed until October 27th or while supplies last.
White and pink card stock was cut to 4” x 5 1/4”. One panel was stencilled with the two piece stencil set using Fresh Dye Inks Pool and Mint Choc.
For the other panel, Fresh Dye Inks Inks Puffy Heart, Mauve and Cloud White were used with the three piece stencil set to create a background of ornaments. The ornament hanger was inked with Versamark and gold embossed.
The panels were adhered to A2 sized card bases.
The sweet critters were created using the Small Die of the Month. The bear’s sweater was cut from patterned paper included in the Oh Joyful Day 6X6 Paper Pad.
The sentiment is included in the Small Die of the Month. The coordinating die was used to cut both the sentiment and foam. The sentiment was stacked.
The bear and the penguin were mounted on foam die cuts and adhered to the card front.
The Christmas lights were finished off with Nuvo Crystal Drops Morning Dew adding a touch of sparkle and dimension.
Both cards were embellished with Nuvo Crystal Drops Simply White.
