Hello friends! I have a fun project featuring Spellbinders’ new tool, 3 In 1 Tag Punch. This is a fabulous punch with innovative features. As the name suggests, it is 3 in 1 … three sizes of tags, 1.5”, 2” and 2.5”, can be easily created with this one tool! The punch incorporates an alignment guide to easily punch the tag size of your choice! So cool! And the length is customizable … how about a bookmark?!
My tags are 2” wide. Before punching, the paper was cut into 2” strips.
For each tag, white card stock and patterned paper from Paper Rose One of a Kind were punched aligning the paper with the 2” guide on the 3 In 1 Tag Punch. It is as easy as that!
The white card stock tag was initially cut down to 5”. The patterned paper tag was trimmed … and adhered to the white tag for a clean writing surface on the back.
Coloured card stock, fuschia, lilac and pink, was also cut into 2” strips and a sentiment from New Beginnings Timeless Sentiments was letterpressed using the BetterPress Letterpress System.
The coloured card stock was adhered to the tag butting it up against the patterned paper.
The border die from Timeless Heart Borders was used to cut the bottom of the tag bringing the overall length to 4 3/4”.
The detail heart border from this set was used to cut Silver Glitter Cardstock. The hearts were trimmed in pairs and adhered aligning them to the scalloped edge of the tag.
1/4” wide silver glitter washi tape was positioned where the coloured card stock met the patterned paper.
A butterfly sticker from Moonlight Butterflies was adhered at an angle on the patterned paper.
The tie was created from rayon seam binding coloured with Kitsch Flamingo Distress Stain.
The tags were embellished with silver confetti finished off with Nuvo Crystal Drops Morning Dew.
