Hello friends! Spellbinders’ Ornamental BetterPress Registration from Simon Hurley’s Glad Tidings Collection is so beautiful! These Christmas balls are sitting below branches created with the Black Alder Die Set, a gorgeous set included in the Winter’s Grace Garden Collection.
Ornamental BetterPress Registration includes three press plates and a registration template to position them on the BetterPress System. The ornamental scene was pressed onto a BetterPress Porcelain A2 Panel.
The three ornaments were inked with BetterPress Ink; Azure, Cosmic Sky and Garnet. The ornament toppers and string were inked with Versamark and embossed in gold. Leaf was used for the Evergreen branch.
One of the dies from Arch Labels & Tag Die Set was used to cut the scene. The panel was inked lightly with Distress Oxide Inks Fossilized Amber and Faded Jeans.
Indigo Cardstock And black sheet foam work, cut with the same arch die and stacked.
The branches and berries from the Black Alder Die Set were cut from Susan’s Garden Specialty Card Stock.
The die cuts were coloured using Distress Oxide Inks; Rustic Wilderness, Mowed Lawn, Wilted Violet with Candied Apple for the berries.
The arch scene, background and branches were spattered with Splatter White Opaque Watercolor.
The foam mounted background was adhered to an A2 sized, black card base. The ornamental scene was recessed into the background.
The black alder branches were draped over the top of the arch.
A small sentiment from Christmas Greetings was cut from gold card stock and black sheet foam. The sentiment was stacked and adhered to the card.
