Sweetest Christmas Gift Box Ever with Spellbinders & VIDEO

Hello friends! I am in love with these sweet ‘milk carton style’ gift boxes by Spellbinder’s Ribbon Box Die Set! The actual gift box measures just over 2 1/4” cubed … a perfect size to fill with sweet treats or a small gift! It has been decorated with Holiday Background Panels Press Plates and Festive Circle Sentiments Press Plates and Die Set. I love these products together!

  • The gift box was cut first using the Ribbon Box Die Set. Two die cuts are required for each box. Indigo Cardstock was used for one box and Crimson for the other.

  • Using the Holiday Background Panels , panels were created for each side of the box. This set comes with four different design plates.

  • Indigo panels were pressed with the snowflake plate using Versamark Ink. The panels were gold embossed and trimmed to 2” square. They were mounted on Gold, glitter cardstock from the Treasured Cardstock Gold that had been cut to 2 1/4” square. The indigo panels were adhered to the gold glitter ones and positioned onto the four sides of the box.

  • For the other gift box, Island Blue Cardstock what letter pressed using a pretty star motif plate with Teal Topaz. The panels were trimmed to 2 1/4”” square and adhered to the four sides of the box.

  • The gift box was then assembled. I used liquid adhesive but double sided tape would work equally as well.

  • The cute circle sentiments from the Festive Circle Sentiments Press Plates and Die Set were letterpressed on the blue and indigo cardstock. The sentiments were cut with the coordinating die. The set includes larger circles with decorative trim. They were used die cut red and gold glitter cardstock. The blue circle sentiments were adhered to the red circles while the indigo was mounted onto the gold glitter ones. The sentiments were mounted on the two sides and what will be the back of the gift box.
